On May 10, 2017, teacher teams at East Nashville Magnet Middle met to use the collaborative inquiry process to develop recommendations for their 2017-2018 Positive Behavior Plan. The meeting began with a Generate, Sort, Category activity (Lipton and Wellman, 2011) to identify student behavior expectations. Then, the teachers reviewed the MNPS Data Warehouse Behavior Dashboard reports for the last three years. This data was used to inform their recommendations.
