Reflection---What might be some actions I take as a result of our conversations today?

  • How can we make school and classroom exciting?
  • using more positive language with students
  • continuing to work on building relationships
  • creating expectations for team
  • display student work-(5)
  • stay more positive
  • be more intentional about empowering students
  • continue growing everyday
  • follow through with expectations
  • more encouraging words
  • help facilitate in relationship building between teachers and students
  • communicating clear expectations
  • keep teammates accountable
  • review classroom expectations and incorporate Leader in Me
  • having students work together
  • work to further build relationships with families
  • pray more-(2)
  • I definitely will work to continue with what I am doing in the library; however, I need to align the library with the school vision.
  • keep my mouth shut
  • share ideas with staff about building a more successful culture at TRM
  • figure out better methods to post student work in a meaningful, student celebration way
  • provide more student leadership opportunities-(3)
  • do what we suggest
  • release control to the students by redirecting their behavior
  • using liveschool
