The meeting began by asking them to brainstorm their vision for Pre-K throughout MNPS.
Exploring and Discovering--Data Dive
Multiple sources of data were used to have Pre-K leaders make observations.
Organizing and Integrating--Traffic Light Protocol
Groups discussed recommendations that they want to stop, continue, and start for Spring 2018.
