Welcome to the CIA!

When people here my work title of Business Intelligence Coordinator, I generally get weird looks and, "what is that?"  Of course, I tell them that I work for the CIA. 


Never did I think that I actually would incorporate CIA into my work.  However, my work of building capacity to use data for make informed decisions centers around a process called Collaborative Inquiry.  If you've been part of this work, you now know that you are part of the CIA, Collaborative Inquiry Army.

On June 13-14, I had the privilege of leading a workshop entitled, Leading Collaborative Teams.  During this workshop, participants learned strategies, structures, and principles for effectively leading collaborative teams.  Now, they are part of the CIA as well.  Look for upcoming webinars and face to face gatherings as we continue to build our community of practice.
